What is Viper Productions?

Viper Productions is a production company that aims to create beautiful, unique and thought-provoking projects in every genre within the entertainment industry. 

Viper Productions hold exclusive events for people who wish to break into the industry. 

Is Viper Productions only available in the United Kingdom?

Viper Productions projects are available worldwide, as are the one to one digital Zoom workshops with Karl Hughes. All other workshops/masterclasses are exclusive to the United Kingdom.

How can I purchase a Viper Productions masterclass?

If you wish to book a workshop head to the 'actors workshops' tab and purchase through the pay now tab. If you wish to speak to one of our team regarding payment, please get in touch via the email: admin@viperproductions.co.uk or call: 0151 272 3482 and a member of our team will get back to you.

At this time we only accept: Mastercard/Visa/American Express or PayPal.

Viper Productions travel across the United Kingdom teaching in schools. If you know a school who would benefit from these classes feel free to pass on our details or email us the school you would like us to visit and we will aim to make this happen. 

Outside of schools, we have the two day courses! These workshops are not available to the public... Yet! The two day courses will be announced soon.

Can I give a Viper Productions masterclass as a gift?

If you wish to give a Viper Productions masterclass as a gift please check out our 'Acting workshops' page and purchase through the gift tab or contact us with the service you would like including the subject "gift" and one of our team will get back to you regarding payment. After the purchase has been completed, you will receive a gift receipt and confirmation email at the email address provided during purchase. 

Will I receive a certificate of completion when I finish a class?

Our four week courses are our only certificated course. 

What do Viper Productions invest in?

We offer investment for projects and help people achieve their goals. 

Can I buy multiple classes at one time?

Yes, you can! When you find an event/workshop you wish to purchase, simply get in touch with what you would like to book and a member of our team will assist you with your request. 

How long do I have to pay my invoice?

Once you receive a Viper invoice you have 28 days to pay the outstanding balance. Any late payments after the invoice due date incur a 5% charge per week. 

How many pupils can be in a Viper workshop?

We recommend 14-22 pupils per workshop with up to 28 pupils for our one day course.

How much will my school/charity be charged? 

We encourage schools/charities to collect money from students/families. 

We invoice schools/charities for our workshops with the set amount of students per course. We have a minimum of 14 pupils. Alternatively, if there are less than 14 pupils there will be a minimum charge for 14 pupils. 

Are the Viper tutors DBS checked?

All tutors hold a valid DBS with no convictions, safe guarding license, chaperone license and are first aid trained. We pride ourselves on finding the best tutors.

How do I get a refund?

Viper Productions has a 28 day refund policy.  Please contact one of our team regarding this and they will assist you with a refund.

FAQ'S ABOUT SHOWREELS

What is a showreel?

A showreel is your video portfolio. It’s a short video with a few clips demonstrating how well you can act and what characters you can play. It is an absolutely vital tool for anyone wanting to pursue acting as a career.

Do I need a showreel?

If you’re an actor with serious ambition to do it professionally, then YES, you absolutely need a showreel. Your showreel is a way of showing what you can do and creating the perfect first impression. If you don’t have one, it will hold you back in your career and may prevent you from possible castings.

How long should a showreel last?

Showreels typically last 2 minutes or less.  

How often should I update my showreel?

As often as you need to. As your career progresses, you will get more footage of yourself and you can use this to update your current showreel. If you need help editing your showreel, get in touch as we can edit and colour grade any footage you may have. 

What if I want to update my showreel with new material at a later date?
We will archive all of your material once we have completed the editing process so that we can easily update your showreel at any point in the future. Updates to your showreel will be charged at £65 for a one off payment. This includes colour grading.
 

Should I include a montage in my showreel?
This entirely depends on your material. A montage is not necessarily right for everybody's reel but it can sometimes be a very useful way of transmitting a lot of visual information, in terms of how you look on camera/casting types in a short space of time.

Where do you meet with clients in the North West?
We meet with clients via Zoom for the consultation. The filming location can vary depending on where you live, we can shoot in a location of your choosing if it has free access. Indoor or outdoor, we simply ask for notice in advance of your preferred location. 

Will I get a rehearsal?

Rehearsals will take place on the day of filming, we will however contact you regarding your bespoke script for approval, we will read with you via Zoom to make sure you are happy.
 

How do I pay you?
We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, cheque or PayPal. If you head over to the 'acting showreels' tab you will see the 'buy now' feature. You can use PayPal or check out as a guest. You will be given a receipt for any payments received.
